✺ Terms of Sale
Scope. Applies to all digital products (downloads, courses, readings, app access) and services (sessions, consultations). Prices are shown in € by default and may change without notice.
Ordering & payment. An order is confirmed on successful payment via [Stripe / WooCommerce / etc.]. Delivery details are sent to the email you provide (check spam/junk).
Delivery / access.

Digital content: immediate delivery (download link, streaming access, login, or email).

Services: you receive booking instructions and session details by email.
✺ Refunds, Withdrawal & Cancellations

Digital products — No refunds once access begins.
When you choose immediate access, you expressly consent to start delivery before the 14-day EU withdrawal period ends and acknowledge you lose your withdrawal right. From the moment access starts, we do not offer refunds. -
Services — No refunds after a session is delivered.
If you ask us to perform a service before the 14-day period ends and the service is fully performed, you lose the withdrawal right. If it has started but not finished at your request, we may retain a pro-rata amount. After delivery of a session, no refunds. -
Rescheduling & late cancellations (services).
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Missed or late cancellations are charged in full (unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise). -
Chargebacks.
Please contact me at contact@verdantvanille.com to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback; unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as breach of these Terms. -

Flodesk, Stripe, Wix...act as service providers.
